General Questions
A platform that connects physical products to digital experiences using QR codes and NFC tags. Think of it as a magic portal between your merch/gifts and videos, photos, messages, offers, or whatever you want your audience to see.
Nope! Bring your own items, and we’ll supply the tags and tech. Or, if you’d rather we handle everything, we’ve got a full product catalog ready to go.
YES. That’s the whole point. Our links are dynamic, so you can update your content anytime without reprinting or replacing the tag.
QR codes = scan with your phone’s camera.
NFC tags = tap your phone against the item.
Both instantly open the link. We can do either (or both!) on your product.
QR codes: As long as the surface they’re on.
NFC tags: Forever (or until you run them over with a lawnmower — not recommended).
Nope. Modern smartphones scan QR codes right from the camera and read NFC tags automatically.

Custom Design Services
Our Custom Design Service includes a consultation to discuss your vision, up to three design concepts, two rounds of revisions, and a final digital proof for your approval before production.
Prices start at $99 for basic customizations and range up to $300 for advanced, highly detailed designs.
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design, but most custom designs are finalized within 3-5 business days.
Ordering and Shipping
You can order directly through our website by selecting a product and adding your personalization details. If you choose a fully custom design, please add the Custom Design Service to your cart.
Yes we can ship Internationally, please note that additional fees may apply due to shipping costs. If you’re outside these areas, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm.
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after approval. Custom designs may take longer, depending on the complexity. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to discuss and make necessary arrangements.
We offer standard shipping at checkout, however expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Returns and Revisions
We stand behind our quality. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance. Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with errors.
Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours. Custom designs may incur additional charges if revisions are requested after the design has been approved.
